“一带一路”框架下残疾人事务主题活动暨2017北京国际康复论坛

由bat365bet康复信息研究所/世界卫生组织国际分类家族中国合作中心主办的国际残疾政策与发展高峰论坛将于2017年9月14日上午8:30分在北京国家会议中心210A+B会议室举行，本次论坛的主题是残疾与康复：实现联合国可持续发展目标。重点围绕国际性的文件《联合国2030可持续发展议程》、世界卫生组织康复指南《健康服务体系中的康复》、《康复2030：国际康复发展状况与行动呼吁》、《世界残疾报告》、ICF及世界卫生组织颁布的《全球残疾行动计划》在残疾和康复政策与发展中的应用以及实现联合国2030年可持续发展议程与残疾人包容性发展，“健康2030”规划纲要和中国残疾人同步小康规划的相关内容开展高峰研讨。本论坛是一个多学科、跨部门性的论坛，涉及社会学、心理学、法学、残疾政策与研究、ICF理论与方法及其应用、康复理论与方法、康复咨询、康复心理学、社会康复学以及社区康复等多个学科和专业领域。将邀请国内外著名专家学者和管理决策者就相关领域的研究作专题演讲和讲座，并邀请国际组织和国际著名专家作主旨演讲。
The Summit on International Policy and Development of Disability sponsored byResearch Institute of Rehabilitation Information, China Rehabilitation ResearchCenter will be held on 14September, 2017 at China National Convention Center,Beijing, China. Theme of summit is Disability and Rehabilitation:Achieving UN the SDGs, is an important programme of 2017 Beijing InternationalForum on Rehabilitation. The summit will focus on international policy anddevelopment of disability and rehabilitation.
This summitmainly discusses the current development and approaches of implementation of UN2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, WHO Rehabilitation Guideline: Rehabilitation inHealth Service Systems, Rehabilitation 2030: International Rehabilitationdevelopment status and call to action, WHO World Report on Disability, International Classification ofFunctioning, Disability and Health, WHO global disability action plan 2014-2021and its application on disability and rehabilitation and achieving UN SDGs andInclusive Development for PWDs, and Health 2030 Program and China DisabledPeople Synchronizing Well-off Program. This is a comprehensive forum withmulti-disciplinary and cross-sectorial approaches. The invited presenters willinvolve in the fields of sociology, psychology, law, disability policy andresearch, ICF theory and implementation, rehabilitation counseling,rehabilitation psychology, social rehabilitation, community-basedrehabilitation and others. Invited distinguish scholars and policy-makers indisability and rehabilitation from domestic and abroad will give keynotespeeches in the areas of unmet needs and service development of rehabilitation,precision rehabilitation, service with internet plus model and others. Aimingto promote mutual communication and exchange of expertise in disability andrehabilitation at globe level.
